Class size and minimum requirements – Class size is determined by instructor and each class needs a minimum enrollment to avoid cancellation. In the event that a class must be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, individuals who register for that class will be contacted and given the choice of a store credit or the substitution of another class. To help prevent class cancellation, students are encouraged to register early.
Payment – Payment is due upon registration and is required to hold your place. There will be no refunds given for missed classes. If a class needs to be rescheduled due to weather or instructor illness, every effort will be made to include everyone in the make-up class. If yarnlove cancels a class and it cannot be rescheduled, we will refund class payments.
Cancellations – We commit to our instructors when we publish class schedules, and take this commitment seriously. Student cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance of the class start date and time. If you must cancel your registration after the allowable cancellation date, no refund will be given unless there is someone to take your place.
Refunds – There will be no refunds after a class starts or for missed classes.
Supplies – yarn•love products must be used in classes. Please visit the store prior to your first class or plan on arriving at least 1/2 hour before the start time of your first class to make sure you have ample time to purchase the materials that you will need for the class. Your purchases will earn points on your yarnlove frequent buyer card.
Patterns and books – Some classes may require the purchase of a book or pattern. Because of copyright infringement laws, we cannot photocopy patterns unless the material is copyright-free and in the public domain. yarn•love supports the efforts of creative professionals and energetically encourages them to continue to create and publish their works.
